Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before shipment if there is a pricing error, supply issue, or suspicious activity.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store payment card details.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard and white-glove delivery services are available depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier, carrier, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring access for large furniture items.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return eligibility depends on product condition and timing generally, returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Returned items must be in original boxing, undamaged condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and must be returned within 30 days after purchase.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection of the returned product.
Warranty
- Our couches include a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects in structure, frame, and workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, stains, or accidental damage are not covered.
- Warranty service requires proof of purchase and may involve repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
Refused Use
To protect our brand and ensure fair use of our products and services, ChichiLux Sofas reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe:

- Delivery cannot be safely completed due to unsafe access conditions.

Limitation of Liability
- ChichiLux Sofas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product to the maximum extent allowed by law.
